Though this apartment complex was officially abandoned, a few of the rooms had intact windows and locked doors. We even saw someone sneak up the steps and disappear into one of the rooms. Not so abandoned after all. There was also a main lobby / communal room near the center of the apartment complex, complete with managers offices.
