This was a graffiti coated underpass with unusual sidewalks. Though the sidewalks were built neatly, complete with arched tunnels, neither end of the sidewalks go anywhere. It's actually somewhat difficult to access them. They can't even be used by chance, you must go out of your way to walk on them. Weird, but it's a neat little yard.
