Services & Pricing

We offer a quarterly, year-round lawn maintenance plan, starting at $200 for a front and back lawn or $130 for front lawns only.


This service includes four critical visits, one for each season:

Winter / Pre-Spring:
We apply a pre-emergent to sterilize the weed seeds and we put down 3-month fertilizer to keep the lawn nice and green.

Spring:
Typically this is the time of the year to aerate the lawn. We apply a 3-month fertilizer after we aerate. This includes spot treatment and Weed & Feed if necessary.

Summer:
We apply a pre-emergent to sterilize the summer crab-grass seeds, and fertilize with a 3-month fertilizer. This includes spot treatment and Weed & Feed if necessary.

Fall:
Fall is a great time to aerate the lawn. This comes with 3-month fertilizer, or for thinning lawns we recommend a 'seed & start' fertilizer at this time of year.

This includes lawn aeration as well as an application of 3-month fertalizer. Any other chemical applications are extra.
